The Braves defeated Cass 9-5 on Monday night. It was a whole team effort for the Braves. They managed only 4 hits against Cass, but used good baserunning, timely hitting, and small ball to score nine. The Braves received RBI from Jordan Ellis, Kobe Bowman, Caiden Richards, Devon Murry, Jayden Mercer, and Jack Gochenhour. Bennett Isenburg pitched 6 innings for the win. He allowed 2 earned runs while striking out 7 hitters. Deven Mitchell pitched a scoreless 7th to seal the victory. The Braves are back in action at Rochester on Wednesday.
